The rental is very craftsman minimalistic and it shows in our decor. Our location is perfect for those who are looking to be in walking distance to local attractions like Cameron Village, NC State, and downtown Raleigh.

What you’ll really like about staying at our home:

• Walkability. Our space is less than a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants, and bars

• FUN FACT. We support local artists. We have partnered with Fuquay Art Council to showcase local artists’ paintings in our home.

• Cleanliness. Our space is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each and every reservation.

What some may not like about staying at our home:

• Parking. We are located in the heart of Cameron Village, and near NC State University. We have designated FREE parking for 2 cars (or 1 large car) in our driveway for our guest to have throughout the duration of their stay. Street parking is only limited to 2 hours and there are hourly metered parking lots as well.
The home is close to downtown so there is downtown foot traffic and construction that goes on in the neighborhood. It is more of a city living than rural living. Major construction is taking place next door.

• 1920 Home. There’s a lot to love about our quant and charming 1920 newly renovated home. We have kept some of the homes original charms such as those design relics of the past— arched doorways, stone fireplace, stained glass windows, and original bathrooms. Our home is meant for those who love a hand-crafted quality, eclectic and simple home with , natural and original materials throughout.

• Downtown living. Our home is in a popular area where you will have access to shops, bars, and restaurant. Our home is perfect for those who love the city life.
